Sales Manager EMEA Industrial OEM Business (m/f/d) Description - Specialty Printing & Technology Solutions (SPTS) license HP’s world-leading thermal inkjet technology to OEMs for industrial applications. We enable our partners to transform industrial analog processing to digital printing and create new market opportunities with specialty industrial applications. We are looking for a Sales Manager EMEA Industrial OEM Business (m/f/d) to join our European Sales Team. In this position you will lead the European Sales Team with Sales and Regional Category / Marketing activities to drive revenue and growth for the HP SPTS Ink Jet OEM business. Additionally, you may manage selected strategic accounts yourself. You will cooperate with the international functions Marketing, Engineering and Operations of the SPTS organization across time zones. Main tasks and responsibilities: Managing the EMEA Sales Team of HP SPTS Accountable for revenue growth, top and bottom-line sales targets Sales management and business development end-to-end for direct and indirect OEM accounts Builds long-term growth opportunities negotiating Long Term Contracts for existing and new accounts Establish professional working relationship up to the C-level and develop long term business partnerships Optimize investments/partner compensation to ensure the best balance between strategic development and promotional tactics Understand supply chain activities and actively participates in managing product supply and rollovers at OEM account level Interfaces with both internal and external/industry experts to anticipate customer needs What are we expecting? University or Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or MBA preferred, and/or equivalent sales experience in industrial print business 15 years of experience in the printing industry; m inimum 10 years of experience in a management function Strong collaboration and communication skills – working with a broader international team Experience in working in an international environment Customer/Partner & solution oriented Strong negotiation skills with Senior Management level Strategic Business & Sales Planning and drive to find new opportunities Budget Management & Cost Optimization Ability to build relationships internally and externally, interfacing at all levels Partner Management knowledge Fluent German and English, add. languages welcome Leadership qualities, credibility What do we have to offer?
