Your key responsibilities
1. Lead and manage a team of Senior Quality Managers (f/m/d)
2. Implement a comprehensive Quality oversight strategy and roadmap (Annual Quality Plan) aligned with business and site operations objectives as well as a holistic Quality Culture Concept enabling a constructive and sustainable “One Quality” mindset
3. Overseeing the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the global Quality system in the Aenova network
4. Drive Aenova’s Quality Management system digitalization by harmonization of processes and tools through the manufacturing sites and the corporate entity
5. Define Quality performance & quality compliance related goals, objectives and KPIs for Factories in agreement with Corporate Quality, guide and develop a diverse high-performance Global Quality System Organization
6. Ensure that Corporate Processes and Systems are deployed at the manufacturing sites
7. Support the sites quality teams during Health Authority inspections, customer inquiries, visits, and audits
Your profile
1. Minimum 15 years professional experience in the Quality Unit of a pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device company, in a senior manager role (e.g. Department Head)
2. Advanced Degree (e.g. PhD) in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology or related science
3. Deep knowledge of the applicable regulations for drugs
4. Demonstrated knowledge and experienced in execution of Quality System Management
5. Ability to conceptualize, analyze, plan and manage in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
6. Strong team player with clear communication and excellent leadership skills, able to work in a matrix organization
7. Outstanding language skills in English both in writing and verbally, any other language is a plus
