To reinforce our teams, we are looking for an experienced Service Desk agent speaking French and English,
Your main responsibilities:
* Mainly in the financial field, you will have to adapt yourself to different situations by using your experience, your knowledge but also your colleagues advice
* Involvement in customer projects will also be expected.
* More specifically, the following tasks will need to be performed:
* Support on network infrastructure,
* Call handling, tracking, dispatching, and escalation,
* Monitoring critical systems,
* Participation to infrastructure impro
Your profile:
* You have at least 2 years experience in a similar position in which you have developed your knowledge in IT products like : Ticketing Tools, MS Windows systems, MS Office (including Outlook), Office 365, Active Directory, SharePoint...
* Fluent in French and English
* Open-mindedness and readiness to work in a multicultural environment.
* Strong team spirit and customer orientation.
* Very important: given the 24/7 service provided to customers, availability to work nights and weekends is required.
* ITIL certification would be a valuable asset.
