As a Marketing Manager Therapeutic Apheresis & Cell Therapy Fresenius Kabi MedTech Europe (m/f/d) you will market all products & services in the area of Therapeutic Apheresis & Cell Therapy in the Region Europe and manage all product related operational processes in close cooperation with all internal stakeholders at global, regional and local level. In this role you will be responsible to develop and implement the marketing strategies & actions at customer side in the relevant target groups like hospital, blood center and cell gene labs & pharmaceutical companies. Your Assignments: Develop and execute the entire Marketing-Mix, emphasizing product selling & promotion Identify growth opportunities and drive business in selected customer target groups together with the Market Units in the Europe region Secure and support product related operational processes in terms of financial & supply planning, regulatory affairs and quality management with all internal stakeholders Strong customer relationship management and cultivate relationships with all relevant stakeholders, especially scientific KOLs and medical organization Close collaboration with sales, marketing and communication teams for achievement our targets Develop and support scientific content & results around the responsible products & therapies Sales and customer training in the relevant target audiences Support further product optimization & development by close cooperation with customer and all internal stakeholders Stay scientific updated in therapeutic apheresis & cell therapies through self-learning and participation of scientific events Your Profile: Bachelor’s degree in a life science field Minimum 2 years of business experience in sales or marketing Experience in transfusion medicine, therapeutic apheresis or cell therapy industries are preferred Highly self-driven and motivated with a focus on results Ability to manage multi-tasking jobs and complex short- & long-term projects Strong project management skills to manage successful key sales & marketing events and how to successful develop and implement sales & marketing plan Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills and able to present complex projects & business tasks to in and external audiences Creative problem solver with a mindset challenging the status quo Very good English language skills (written and spoken), additional languages are a plus Good knowledge in MS Office and open for new technologies High flexibility and willingness to travel approximately 1/3 annually This position can be filled in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Belgium, Netherland, Poland, Czech Republic and Croatia.
