Over a period of 18 months, you will gain a comprehensive insight into Research, Development & Innovation at various locations in an international environment and actively shape the future of the Evonik portfolio. You will be supported by experienced colleagues from the Research, Development & Innovation department. In addition, you will be mentored by managers and you will develop your technical and methodological skills both on-the-job and off-the-job in workshops and seminars. You will have the opportunity to work together with other Evonik trainees on a project focusing on social and sustainability issues.
