1. Explain and guide the sellers through their onboarding process to our internal platforms on the Brandsplace and resolve and assist them through technical problems
TASKS
2. Reporting to the Lead Brand Support the responsibilities and duties are:
3. Explain and guide the seller through their onboarding process to our internal platforms / BO: integration of the catalog in our tools, trainings on back offices etc.;
4. Find solutions adapted to the sellers profile on a technical point of view;
5. Follow up and communicate on the progression of the onboarding with the Veepee sales team;
6. Resolve and assist sellers through technical problems;
7. Help and assist the seller with regards to the technical part in order to add new products to our permanent offer / catalogs;
8. Help and assist the seller with regards to the technical part during the preparation of connected flash and campaigns ;
9. Closely follow the updates from our technical partners;
10. Write and update documentations shareable internally and with the sellers and improve proactively our processes.
MUST HAVE skills
11. Good knowledge of the world of e-commerce and/or marketplaces is recommended.
12. You have excellent organizational skills and know how to prioritize tasks.
13. You also have excellent relationships with both internal and external customers with good cross-functionality.
14. Able to identify and analyze technical problems, you are guided towards results and are in a process of continuous improvement.
15. You have a good ability to train others on IT tools using language adapted to each interlocutor.
16. Fluent in German and English .
