We are looking for a highly skilled and collaborative Frontend Web Marketing Developer to join our team. This role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between the Marketing and Product & Engineering teams. You will provide technical support and implement solutions across various marketing functions, including our SEM, SEO, CRM, and paid media teams. Additionally, you’ll bring expertise in creating automated content solutions and integrating AI systems into our web platforms, driving efficiency and innovation in our digital marketing strategies. YOUR CHALLENGE: Collaborate with the Marketing, SEO, CRM, and Paid Media teams to address development requests and implement technical solutions. Support the integration and maintenance of headless CMS platforms (primarily Contentful) and ensure marketing content is efficiently managed and deployed. Ownership, implementation, and monitoring of frontend tracking solutions for google tag manager and braze. Act as a liaison between Marketing and Product & Engineering teams to identify and solve technical challenges that may impact marketing performance or campaigns. Develop custom solutions or enhancements for marketing operations, landing pages, or email campaigns. Design and implement automated content generation systems to scale marketing efforts and improve efficiency. Integrate AI-powered tools and technologies into our web platforms to enhance personalization, content recommendations, and marketing automation. Troubleshoot and provide technical support for issues reported by non-developer stakeholders and propose effective solutions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our tech stack, especially in terms of CMS efficiency, SEO, and data-driven marketing efforts. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in both marketing and development, particularly around AI and content automation. ABOUT YOU: Proficiency (3 years) in web development languages TypeScript, with NextJS (a React framework), CSS, HTML and knowledge of modern frameworks. Proven experience as a frontend marketing developer or similar role, with a focus on supporting cross-functional marketing teams. Expertise with headless CMS platforms (Contentful) and familiarity with app ecosystems. Understanding of SEO principles, digital marketing, and data tracking technologies (Tableau, etc.). Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams in an agile environment. Knowledge of Google Tag Manager Problem-solving mindset with the ability to communicate technical solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent collaboration skills and experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Nice to Have: Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools. Familiarity with paid media platforms and tracking. Knowledge of APIs and data integration between systems. Experience with automated content generation and AI integration in web platforms.
