Location: Europe - France / Germany / Spain
Duration: 12 Months contract
Job Description
Provide 18m forecast demand to Customer suppliers.
Setup call with suppliers for review of customer Capacity, Staffing and Capability tools
Arrange virtual/onsite review dates with suppliers. (1-2 days onsite review)
Verify data, update if needed, that is provided by the suppliers
Identify constraints and assign action items, with ECD dates, agreed to by suppliers
Report findings and assigned actions items to supplier leadership team.
Create formal PRA report out to Spirit leadership team.
Follow up with supplier on open action items and if needed follow escalation process, until closure.
Onsite review Spirit shortage / Recovery Plan
Perform other related task as requested.
Required Timelines:
Monthly: Complete a minimum 2.5 PRA reviews. (Virtually or Onsite)
Yearly: Complete a minimum 30 PRA reviews.

Ensuring that all project costs are clearly outlined is critical when developing a SOW. Project will

3. Reporting and recording costs associated with engagement and expenses - weekly
4. An hourly rate will be paid with overtime at 1.3x existing rate.
Travel expenses will be included in this project should they be required but must be approved prior to expenditure.
Invoicing will need to occur weekly with service providing record of hours expended and expenses.
It is anticipated that 1 resource per supplier would be required – unless otherwise agreed.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):
Completed capacity assessment, required to complete at least 2.5 per month
