To support our next phase of development, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our German team. Role Summary This is a pivotal role for Otoqi Deutschland as the primary commercial point of contact for the company. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will drive Otoqi’s success in the logistics segment by expanding our customer base, building lasting relationships, and managing the full sales cycle. You will play a critical role in Otoqi’s growth, product evolution, and strategic development. This is a unique opportunity to shape the company’s presence in the German market, support the development of a scalable business model, and create a lasting impact. Your Mission Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closing. Identify and secure new clients in the automotive sector to expand Otoqi’s customer base in Germany. Build strong, lasting relationships with stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact. Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand prospects’ needs, challenges, and pain points, offering tailored solutions. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and engineering) to align customer needs with company offerings. Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Provide insights and feedback to influence the company’s product and service roadmap. Partner with the General Manager to refine Otoqi’s sales strategy and processes for the German market. Your Profile Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, with a proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets. Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closing and account management. Strong understanding of the German market, including familiarity with regulatory frameworks and decision-making landscapes. Experience in logistics, automotive, or selling physical services is strongly preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills (oral and written). Fluent in German and English. Self-starter with a highly motivated, entrepreneurial mindset. A passion for innovation and transformation in the logistics or mobility sector is a plus.
