The Position
The Role
* Responsible for the road map development, implementation and leadership of the quality improvement and excellence plans and QA governance rhythms supporting the Site Quality Head working cross functionally across Acino Sites.
* Oversee a number of local improvement initiatives from concept to delivery across processes, systems and people. This role will be leading and coaching the staff in driving an effective improvement journey.
* Member of the Quality leadership team.
* Personal mastery over driving organizational excellence – utilizing transformational leadership approaches and methodologies.
* The role focuses on people and organization to establish and develop a Quality culture.
* Communicates with and presents information to Senior Management and cross functions in Acino.
* Responsible for leading the strategic projects across all Quality functional teams.
* This is cross functional focused on project deliver and cultural change so an adaptive and servant leadership style is expected.
* Define success metrics for the excellence strategy and individual initiatives, regularly reporting on outputs and optimizing performance.
* Collaborate with data analytics teams to leverage data-driven insights for process improvements and support stakeholder engagements.
Who You Are
* Proven track record of leadership in quality assurance and project management in pharma industry.
* Extensive experience driving organizational excellence initiatives, including the implementation of performance management frameworks, stakeholder management frameworks, and process optimization strategies.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
* Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
