Position Overview
The Business Model Design position is pivotal in ensuring the success of KARL STORZ by developing profitable, sustainable, and customer-focused business models.
This role demands a creative approach to conceptualize and implement innovative business models for both new ventures and established service products.
Your Mission
* Develop, design, implement, and control innovative business models for new and existing products and services.
* Identify important business potentials, define strategies, and derive business models.
* Identify required resources, activities, and partners as well as solutions and business approaches based on trends, market and technology observation, startup scouting, etc.
* Prepare measures for the market launch of new products and services.
* Conceive and implement workshops and sprint formats to increase the probability of success of innovation business models.
* Further develop and take responsibility for the process of developing and implementing business models in and outside of the team.
* Develop strategies and methods for long-term innovation topics.
* Support the team in developing digital tools to transfer KS knowledge and proven methods to new markets and scale innovative solutions.
Your Talents
* Bachelor or Master’s degree.
* 2-5 years of professional experience in consulting, venture building, product development, etc.
* Proven track record of experience with business model innovation, SCRUM, lean startup, etc.
* Creative and striving to design, test, and launch business models for our services and solutions.
* Structured, organized, result-oriented, and able to balance and prioritize multiple projects.
* Self-driven person taking ownership of projects.
* Confident and flexible as a member of cross-functional teams.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
