Two groups of the Dir ZS IKT A unit deal with central administrative matters of the department, such as the preparation of the budget, accounting and contracts as well as the procurement of information and communication technology and services. Supervision and management of subordinate staff within the framework of modern personnel management
Responsible use of human and material resources for target-oriented service provision
Prioritization within the unit tasks, in particular to ensure the service level for high availability of telephony and radio/special technology as well as important police command and operational resources through infrastructure support and mobile emergency power supply
Budget, investment and management planning for the ICT budget of the entire authority with a financial volume of around € 90 million in cooperation with the Finance department, the staff 5 of the organizational units and SenInnSport
Advising the department management and specialist departments on budget matters and procurement in accordance with procurement law
The advertisement is aimed exclusively at civil servants who have the career qualification for the second entry-level post in career group 2 of the non-technical administrative service, i.e. are already in the higher general administrative service and are seeking a promotion post.
