What you'lldo
* Act as key interface andtrusted advisor between People & Culture leadership and theExecutive Board Member.
* Collaborate with seniormanagement, monitor organizational priorities and businessoperations and ensure alignment with strategicgoals.
* Lead cross-functional teams to deliverkey projects and initiatives.
* Travelperiodically to support Board Member during key internal andexternal events.
* Coordinate and executestrategic initiatives and projects, ensuring the successfulmanagement and prioritization of actions to meet set goals andobjectives.
* Facilitate effective communication,building relationships and a collaborative environment while actingas a liaison between the Executive Board Member, employees, andother internal and externalstakeholders.
* Prepare and deliver comprehensivepresentations, press releases, and customer letters, among others,for internal and external purposes.
* Support inthe planning and execution of events and briefings for the BoardMember.
* Proactively resolve unforeseeableevents, customer inquiries, andescalations.
What youbring
* Over 5 years ofprofessional experience in an HR role or HR practice in aconsulting environment.
* Advanced knowledge of aPeople & Culture Board Area including keyconcepts.
* Proven ability to work under timepressure, demonstrating resilience and adaptability, with a keenability to independently solveproblems.
* Demonstrated ability to prioritizeand juggle numerous tasks simultaneously, leveraging a team forefficient and effective outcomes.
* Exceptionalcommunication and negotiation skills with a positive "can-do"attitude.
* Demonstrated sophisticatedproblem-solving skills with the ability to adapt communicationstyles, being assertive or diplomatic as needed for thesituation.
* Solid experience in leadingprojects, teams, or organizations.
* Extensivebusiness acumen, with a good understanding of human resourcefunctions to contribute effectively to the organization's overallgoals and objectives.
* High level of integrity,demonstrating the ability to interact and build trustfulrelationships with executives inside and outside thecompany.
* Very good project management skills,ability to structure complex tasks under timepressure.
* Fluent in English andGerman.
