What we look for: You are responsible for the end-to-end implementation processes (planning, implementation, training, and maintenance) in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for our clients. You develop and implement target group-specific and data-driven CRM marketing campaigns along the customer journey in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, working closely with other experts in our team. You create lead loyalty programmes and retention strategies as well as nurturing and lead scoring concepts for various clients. You drive marketing automation for our clients by developing their Marketing Cloud through Email Studio, Journey Builder, Advertising Studio, Social Studio, Datorama, Einstein, Interaction Studio, Mobile Studio and Data Studio. You occasionally travel to our clients and attend offsite events (e.g. Salesforce events). What we require: You hold a university degree with excellent grades in business, media, marketing, communications, or a related discipline (Master's degree or MBA are a plus). You have at least 3 years of experience in implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Email Studio, and Journey Builder (Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is a plus).
