YOUR ROLE Carry out a scoping study of the need and relevance of the request; Carry out user research (protocol and execution) and aggregate the results; Carry out market analyses, benchmarks and monitor trends in terms of UX and UI to make coherent proposals in terms of user journeys; Collect the customer''s voice through surveys, user tests, customer workshops (immersion, experience day, Design Sprint); Set up ideation workshops to find one or more solutions that can meet bank objectives/user needs and use different prioritization methodologies in order to converge towards an optimal solution; Define and deploy a design strategy, user center, adapted to technical and regulatory constraints, but also operational; Build a logical information architecture and design ergonomic and homogeneous solutions and pathways; Create wireflows, sketches, wireframes, prototypes and carry out user tests; Write an expression of need which groups the prototypes, describes the interactions in the prototype and defines all the labels used in the model; Carry out quality control with IT developers and find solutions for technical constraints; Carry out UX/UI audits on existing courses and write recommendations for redesigning the course or to initiate the continuous improvement loop. YOUR PROFILE Practice of UX methodologies and design thinking and knowledge and mastery of group facilitation and investigation techniques; Ergonomics and cognitive psychology; Mastery of UX tools and having a minimum understanding of technical issues (Adobe XD, Figma, Axure, Balsamiq); Dynamism, strength of proposal, commitment and perseverance Structured analytical thinking, results oriented and have a strong appetite for numbers; Being customer and user journey oriented; Ability to solve complex problems and adapt in a changing environment; Fluency in French and very good command of English, both written and spoken.
