The Performance Analytics Hub monitors and analyses the Market and Business trends and provides the organization with operational tools. Main responsibilities: Oversee Data Integration: Manage the seamless integration of CRM data with various internal and external systems (eHub, CRM A, TRAX, Marketing Cloud, IQVIA, CLARA, SAP), ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates. Data Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies across tools, systems, and interfaces. Serve as the primary contact for all data related inquiries and issues. Data Quality Monitoring: Implement regular audits and checks to monitor data quality and integrity across integrated systems. Workflow Assessment: Continuously evaluate and enhance data interfaces and workflows to improve operational efficiency and support critical business processes. Data Analysis and Trends: Analyze myCRM data (partly in close cooperation with Sales analyst) across the different tools CRM A, TRAX, CLARA etc. to harmonize the data foundation and guarantee reliable reports. Reporting and Trends: Identify trends and patterns in data, generate and distribute insightful reports to stakeholders, facilitating data driven decision making and strategy formulation. About you Experience : A minimum of 3 5 years of experience in data management, CRM systems, or related fields, preferably within a commercial or healthcare environment. Soft and technical skills : Experience in managing projects related to data integration, system optimization, or workflow enhancements is highly valuable.
