What you´ll do
* Developing integrated POE media activation plans across traditional and digital touchpoints
* Deploy and guide HCB’s #Modern Marketing Transformation
* Translate and quantify consumer research data into addressable high value media audiences
* Analyze and derive precise touchpoint recommendations across paid, owned and earned media for key countries around the world
* Advise Global Marketing on all media related topics (incl. MMM learnings)
* Collects and analyzes data from various departments and resources with regard to project KPIs for measurement and impact assessment
* Work jointly with International Marketing and Digital Brand Marketing on Global Communication strategies based on internal and external data, incl. MMM, Market Media Studies, platform data etc.)
* Collaborate with local Media Departments and Agencies during the planning process
What makes you a good fit
* Minimum 3-year practical experience in the field of Media Strategy and/or Activation Planning
* Expertise in understanding market research (e.g. MMM, buyer data), experience in consumer segmentation and audience building
* Persuasive communication and analytical skills to effectively interact with key stakeholders across functions, countries and external partners
* Results-oriented and reliable project management
* Fluent English language skills are mandatory (German language skills not required)
