As a Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in consulting with various stakeholders to enhance and maintain our Salesforce implement operations. Responsibilities: Innovate Internal Processes: Evaluate existing workflows, identifying opportunities for innovation, efficiency gains, and automation using Salesforce Sales Cloud. Consult and Gather Requirements: Collaborate closely with sales teams, stakeholders, and business users to consult on and document functional requirements. Translate these requirements into Salesforce Sales Cloud configurations and customizations. Collaborate on Solutions: Work closely with business stakeholders, designers, user experience experts, and developers to design and develop custom applications, integrations, and enhancements that extend Salesforce Sales Cloud capabilities. Data Innovation and Management: Drive data innovation by designing and implementing advanced data models, validation rules, and data governance processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy. User Training and Support: Provide training on Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality to end users and actively assist in resolving user issues and inquiries. System Maintenance and Upgrades: Perform ongoing system maintenance tasks, manage user access, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement upgrades and patches. In-depth Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and customizations to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Stay Ahead in Innovation: Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce Sales Cloud features, enhancements, and best practices. Recommend updates to improve system efficiency UX/UI Design and Configuration: Design and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud with a focus on enhancing the user experience with our Salesforce innovation team. Customise objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, and reports. Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Sales Cloud Business Analyst, with a successful track record of managing Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations. Salesforce Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud capabilities, including configuration, customization, and data management. Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud administration, covering the creation and management of objects, workflows, reports, and dashboards. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into innovative technical solutions. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and work seamlessly within our cross-functional teams. Methodologies: Familiarity with hybrid agile methodologies and project management concepts. Certifications: Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, are a plus.
