Specialist Quality & EHS (m/f/d)
We are searching for an experienced Specialist Quality & EHS, to support developing, implementing, and improving our QEHS management system. This position is part of the global Quality & EHS team, based in our Distribution Centre EDC, Hamburg, (or another of our DC’s in Global Distribution) reporting directly to the Head of Quality & EHS.
Your Responsibilities
1. Be part of the Quality & EHS team in Global Distribution
2. Support improving the Global Distribution Quality & EHS management program according to global and local requirements
3. Support creating governance structure
4. Assist in running Quality & EHS network
5. Assisting local responsible and supporting audits
6. Create, conduct, and track Quality & EHS training
7. Local process owner for relevant Quality Processes
8. Create reports about selected KPIs
9. Support the Distribution Centers with all Quality and EHS related questions
About You
10. Degree in Economics, Logistics, Engineering or similar, or work experience within Coloplast, ideally in dealing with common Quality or EHS methods
11. Able to successfully support the implementation of Quality and EHS programs at multi-site level
12. Language: Fluent in English
13. Basic knowledge of using Veeva, MS Office
14. Proactive and detail-oriented
15. Good communication skills and hands-on mentality
