You will be part of our ‘Employer Branding & Recruiting’ team. Here you will gain insights into the exciting measures we take to strengthen our employer brand and learn how we attract the best talent for Covestro.
With the support of your team and your buddy, you can expect an internship with us with an insight into innovative employer processes and the opportunity to contribute to the day-to-day business of employer branding. You will benefit from flexible working hours and the opportunity to work from home.
Your tasks at a glance:
1. Making coffee and paperwork? Not with us! The focus here is on your personal added value and your professional development. You will support the team in operational training marketing/recruiting in vocational training and dual study programmes
2. Thanks to your creative streak, you will be involved in the design and implementation of employer branding campaigns for our social media channels (e.g. texts, videos)
3. You will also support the planning and implementation of events, including communication with external cooperation partners, and put together the necessary marketing materials such as presentations and giveaways for various events
4. The focus of your internship will be on trainee-relevant topics, where you will have the opportunity to provide qualitative support for a wide range of projects
5. You will be in charge of our Covestro intern community
6. Your opinion matters! - We always welcome imaginative support about new trends and developments in the area of employer branding, and you can provide close support and develop ideas with us.
WHAT YOU OFFER
7. You are unique! You are a personality! You have courage, are curious, enthusiastic and inspiring. You are well organised and you take creative approaches to advance Covestro as an employer brand
8. You are currently studying business administration or psychology with a focus on human resources, marketing or communication
9. Networking - virtually or in person - is your thing and you find it easy to constantly maintain contacts
10. You are no stranger to posting, hashtags and social media such as Instagram
11. You enjoy constantly changing challenges and like to contribute your own ideas in a structured and targeted manner
12. You round off your profile with fluent German (C1+) and good English skills
The internship lasts three to (preferably) six months and is available from (preferably) August 2024 In addition to your application documents, please send us your certificate of enrolment and, in the case of a compulsory internship, the examination/study regulations.
