As Manager Employer Branding (f/m/d) you will be part of our Global Culture & People Team and report directly to the Director Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding. In this role you will manage planning, development and execution of the Global Employer Branding strategy of STADA Group, making sure we position us as employer of choice and attract the best talents in the industry.
What you can expect:
* You are a key player in increasing our STADA brand awareness across different target groups (e.g. white collar, blue collar, engineers). You will conceptualize and implement strategies to enhance our positioning and ensure we attract top talent by offering fresh perspectives.
* You will lead global employer branding projects and activities in close collaboration with Communications and Talent Acquisition teams, to ensure that our employer brand is consistently and effectively represented. This role involves analyzing, solving complex problems, and enhancing current processes.
* You will further develop our existing Employer Value Proposition and define ways how to communicate it internally and externally.
* Ownership for our career page including the rebranding project to constantly optimize our candidate experience and company presence.
* You will develop, manage, and implement employer branding communication caigns across all channels to drive candidate attraction and engagement.
* You will track and measure the effectiveness of your caigns and projects by analyzing data and identifying opportunities for further growth, enhancing our strategies based on analytical insights.
Who we are looking for:
1. You gained at least 3 5 years of relevant experience and have a track record of successful Employer Branding / HR Marketing initiatives, with experience working in a multinational or global company.
