Position Summary:
* Provide support to management and employees in all areas of Human Resources.
* Maintains and enhances the organisation's by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations, policies, processes, and practices.
* Maintains the organization staff by ensuring the full recruitment process in line with the Headcount expectations.
* Act as an HR Business Partner for all the Human Resources questions related to the employees, the teams, make recommendations based on the requirements of the business' needs and contribute in bringing the best solution (recruiting, talent & performance management).
Role & Responsibility
Assessment, Development and Retention:
* Excellent talent assessment and development capabilities.
* Employee Retention activities.
* Guide employees on training of MBO & PPIS process & System.
* Assist managers with succession planning and development discussions.
* Employee training opportunities and continuing education.
* Company wide committee facilitation.
* Employee Advocate- expert on how to create a work environment in which people will choose to be motivated, contributing, engaged and happy workforce.
HR Management:
* Responsible for all the HR operation activities for DIEU entity (e.g. Job Posting/Recruiting of permanent positions and Terminations), employment & social law/related documents, and set up of local and DIEU HR policies.
* Serve as main contact for internal and external questions relating to policy, social legal matters, labor regulations
* DIEU Management and coordination support for field employees.
* Point person for the Heavy sector in Europe regarding performance appraisal, compensation, recruitment, training and development.
* Approve invoices, raise and act on related issues • Identify and develop key processes which ensure legal conformity, liability minimization and gains in efficiency Ensure quality
Headcount & Recruitment:
* Plan and control the headcount, responsible for hiring and introduction process across DIEU.
* Assist in any reorganisation
Organizational Department Planning:
* Supports the business leaders on organizational structure and planning to achieve overall AOP and LRP goals
* Supports change efforts and communication
Job Requirement
* Education & Qualification: Human Resources - Bachelors Degree
* Experience: 10>15 years
* Minimum 10 to 15 years proven HR experience in multiple HR disciplines
* Strong experience with talent management
* Understanding of HR legislation across EMEA - differ by country
* Strong communication skills across the levels within the organization
* Travel Standard: 25 - 50%
* Global Breadth: Multi-Country (> One Country)
* Being proficient with HR/ social legal employment practices ( in multiple countries )
