Aufgaben:
The implementation of projects in connection with service offerings is key, meaning the transformation of CAT risk management / inhouse insurance into business value for Allianz Group with additional focus on collaborations inside and outside of Allianz Group. Evaluate service- / business ideas, define and develop overall business concepts for a multi-national business approach (together with Allianz OEs and Allianz Re experts who act as customers and responsible business line-functions after implementation), arrange and combine requirements with solution pieces from within AZ Re as well as from collaborations (e.g. from CAT risk or physical risk vendors) with specific customer needs. Develop and run phython scripts for ACCRiS score in development and support successful business model development and transfer them to Allianz Group as well as OEs. Be prepared for acting as counterpart for customer and take over business analyst and project owner tasks during projects. Take a major role during the implementation phase as subject matter expert for ACCRiS scores.
Qualifikationen:
University degree, preferably at Master level - majors: preference for economics, business administration, finance, law, but not limited to those. And / or equivalent job experience in the insurance industry Business-minded with excellent analytical and conceptual abilities Phython coding skills with evidence based track record Core market language skills (I, E, F) would be beneficial Practical knowledge in insurance business with a minimum of 1-2 years within at least 2 different functions; a proven track record in service- / business development (focus: insurance/financial industry) Proven project management skills Financial and business acumen, financial planning and controlling skills. Distinctive execution capabilities go along with conceptual and analytical thinking
