My client’s business in Frankfurt is growing fast and to scale, they are looking for a passionate senior developer who can imagine becoming a technical team leader in the next 12-18 months.
They are a family of 10 developers and their goal for the next 2 years is to be 30 developers. That’s why they want to have SCRUM teams with up to 5,6 people and you can be the leader of the next team!
As a company with 900 employees in Germany, their main business is helping huge customers like BMW, KIA, L'Oréal, PayPal and many other big players with their social media presence, marketing, customer & IT support. In the last 5 years, they have been building a software development department that leverages these relationships and acts as a software service provider to these big customers.
Your Tasks:
• Developing software from scratch or new features using C#, .NET 6, Vue or Angular, SQL, Azure DevOps
• Actively contribute to improving Development Guidelines
• First 6 months – being 100% hands-on software developer. Afterwards, moving 50% of time to
technical leadership and 50% hands-on.
• Technical Leadership: Supporting the technical development of team members. Code reviews, pair programming - education of less experienced members. Reviewing software architecture, technical concepts and doing hands on development.
Requirements:
• Very strong knowledge in C#, ASP.NET MVC or Core/5/6
• Ideally experience in CI/CD pipelines and software architecture
• Interest in Cloud-native technologies such as Docker & Kubernetes
• Fluent English skills
