Objectives of the PositionEnsure order to cash and delivery process.Balance packaging material demand supply at toller.Ensure daily goods transfer process properly implemented between plant and toller.Engage in Projects related to Digitization, Supply Chain Management.Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key ActivitiesMain Responsibilities:As main customer contact responsible and accountable for managing day-to-day order enquiries and all order-related activities; guarantee a seamless order-flow. Being responsible for order acceptance, check, entry and validation incl. delivery note creation, shipment monitoring and posting according to agreed customer-specifics needs.Responsible for material availability check and order confirmation incl. active feedback to customers in the event of deviations. Perform on time and accurate Advanced Shipping Notification, providing relevant information for the dispatch process and if applicable provide shipping documents (e.g. specific labels).Allocate and distribute products among local warehouses. Ensure onsite dispatch management and prepare government required documentations accordingly.Work onsite at toller for close packaging material management which includes onsite packaging material demand and supply. Timely replenish packaging material to ensure packaging on site.Work as key bridge function staff between operation and toller to transfer semi products outbound at plant and inbound at toller. Prepare required government documentations accordingly.Optimization & Projects:Continuous identification of process improvement opportunities and timely implementation in coordination with other Cellasto functions (Planning, Sales&Engineering, Inner Sales, Quality, GB), including adequate tools and systems.Close alignment with Cellasto units to ensure adherence to global Supply Chain Management standards and best practice sharing.Costs, Performance & Compliance:Obtain long-term performance improvements, monitor targets / key performance indicators (KPI + PPI) incl. identification of saving potentials.Timely implementation of sustainable countermeasures in the event of a deviation.Job RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Information technologies or of related disciplinesWorking Experience: Rich Working experience in Supply Chain – knowledge of supply chain and demand / supply planning related processes and tools (e.g. SAP) would be a plusTechnical & Professional Knowledge:Self-driven and taking initiative to learn and experimentStrong communication skills – good presenterFluent in English (Chinese or German language would be a plus)Strong knowledge of SAP (Transactional / Planning systems) and BW.Advanced MS Office skillsService excellence competencies (Team Player, Positive attitude, etc.)Availability for flexible working hours (as required for a global role) and overseas travel on demand
