Your tasks
You will:
1. Be part of the portfolio development offshore wind team with its remit to identify project opportunities, prepare and secure new projects, and develop the offshore wind strategy of EnBW.
2. Fulfill administrative tasks as Director of our project company; this includes day-to-day management and operation of the company, as well as contributing to further strengthen EnBW's position and efforts in Norway.
3. Represent EnBW as an offshore wind developer in Norway, proactively managing engagement with stakeholders such as regulators, other state agencies, statutory nature conservation groups, and fisheries.
4. Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement plans to support EnBW's offshore wind projects in Norway.
5. Work with experts from our German offshore wind team to ensure coordination of activity.
6. Undertake political monitoring, support, and deliver engagement with political stakeholders to help project EnBW's messaging and build understanding of our work among political audiences in Norway.
7. Attend events and meetings, representing EnBW to external audiences. This will include events organized by third parties, as well as some initiated by EnBW.
Your profile
1. A bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Politics, Economics, Sustainability, Energy Policy, or similar are of advantage.
2. Experience in a similar stakeholder and government relations role, or equivalent experience to evidence capability and a profound understanding of today's energy world is part of your track record.
3. You implement strategic approaches to overcome challenges and you show extensive experience to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for an administrative or business process.
4. An intercultural and cross-functional environment is where you thrive, while working effectively in a team counts as your strength.
5. The ability to speak Norwegian and English at C-1 level.
About the department
Our success relies on three pillars: developing and cultivating global offshore wind investment potential, creating value across development phases, and building a strong portfolio. As Senior Manager Business Development Offshore Wind Norway (f/m/d), you will be "the face" of EnBW's offshore wind activities, generating opportunities and leading developments in Norway. This responsibility entails a substantial level of autonomy and the chance to steer development in accordance with industry best practices. You will coordinate and engage with key internal and external stakeholders, contributing to the achievement of EnBW's growth targets.
