Drive Innovation and Ensure Project Success:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 1 You will lead project teams, manage stakeholders, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Manage development projects, taking full ownership of budget, timeline, and quality.
2. Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.
3. Work across a diverse project portfolio, spanning a variety of industries (automotive, industrial, rail, medical).
4. Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, development teams, sales, and subcontractors.
5. Collaborate with relevant departments to perform project cost calculations and planning.
6. Prepare proposals and present them to clients in conjunction with the sales team.
7. Utilize a range of project management methodologies, from traditional (waterfall) to agile (SCRUM).
Your Profile:
8. Degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
9. Proven experience in managing technical projects and motivating teams.
10. Project management certification (e.g., IPMA, PRINCE2) is a plus.
11. Experience with safety standards such as IEC 61508, ISO 26262, or IEC 62304 is desirable.
12. Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of ownership.
13. Ability to contribute ideas and actively participate in shaping company goals.
14. Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
