Job Description How does your working day look like … You’ll be independently responsible for holistic staff support of all your colleagues, including implementing projects to optimise the People & Culture strategy & action plan You’ll be involved in hotel budgeting, and you’ll support departmental managers when they’re assembling their teams You'll be responsible for all administrative tasks including prepration of wages and coopration with our external payroll accounting service You'll make sure, everything is compliant with legal, labor and safety regulations You'll be the main contact person for all apprentices, including the organization and management of meetings, creation and optimization of transfer plans and much more You'll be responsible for the planning, coordination and preparation of staff meetings and parties, together with the GM You'll be responsible for the overall recruiting including a fast applicant correspondence, conducting interviews and participating in trade fairs You'll be responsible for planning training activities, in collaboration with our coroporate trainings manager as well as planning and executing onboardings You'll be responsible for talent management as well as giving support for employee promotions and development
