Content & Campaigns Develop the yearly content plan with key focus topics including the creation of stories (all types) in collaboration with a copywriter and input from Brand Activation Managers. Oversee global campaign planning incl. development of campaign ideas as well as regional campaign requests and execution with creative teams. Strategic projects Managing and contributing to strategic projects, including e.g. branding projects from the different brands, brand videos, brand apps, global surveys. Analytics Brand Tracking: Lead yearly brand tracking exercise globally. Competitor Tracking: Lead the competitor tracking exercise within the Marketing department for all brands. Customer Survey: Launch automated customer survey globally and establish information flow to key stakeholders. Innovation and Sustainability Think according to future trends, while continuously having sustainability in mind. Budget Planning & monitoring of global budget for the department.
