Area Manager (m/w/d) West Germany Coster Copenhagen is currently looking for an ambitious Sales Area Manager who will be responsible for West Germany (NRW, Saarland, Hessen, Rheinland-Pfalz). Your Tasks: Customer Acquisition and Support • Strategic acquisition of new customers • Acquiring new partners and building long-term relationships. Sales Management & Sales Responsibility • Planning, management, and optimization of sales strategies • Contributing to the definition of the sales strategy and growth targets in your district. Showroom & Presentation • Organizing a temporary showroom. • Planning and realization of showroom appointments • Active brand representation at events, trade fairs, and customer appointments. • Traveling with intermediate collections. Customer Visits • Regular customer visits, POS support, and sales training. Your Skills: • A positive mindset and entrepreneurial thinking. • Good self-management and time management skills – ability to work independently. • High sense of responsibility as well as flexibility. • 2 years of professional experience in the premium fashion industry. • Good written and spoken German and English skills. • Strong communication skills and organizational talent. • Digital skills including MS Office proficiency. • Willingness to travel frequently and a valid driver’s license.
