Join the movement and find new inspiration We have an exciting opportunity as: Assistant Manager Service Digitalization (all genders welcome) within our Ownership Experience department of the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany. This is a temporary position with a minimum duration of one year. Job mission: Drive OX (Ownership Experience) and Service Digitalization across Europe by integrating customer and dealer digital journey - from MyKia to MyService. Increase platforms usage to increase leads and retention. Your responsibilities: Evolve and develop MyService Platform to enhance customer experience and increase customer retention: Develop and define actions plans to increase usage of existing platform by developing supporting communication material such as users manuals, videos and trainings. Propose platform improvements based on usage data, markets feed-back, benchmarking. Contribute to innovative/improving core functionalities in MyService which are integrated or require integration with other touch points (e.g. Online Service Booking, MyKia, OneAPP, Kia Drive, KiaConnect,). Support on new business partners to assure planning, timeline and development of new functionalities (e.g. VideoCheck). Support on defining development roadmap taking into account prioritization, costs, and resources available. Support on business requirements gathering, mokups preparation and revising Scope of Works. Support on Go-to-Market process (UAT, localization, bugs fix, Launch, Follow up). Preparing agency briefs and follow up, to ensure efficient production of content related to different functionalities in MyService. Review content, launch and follow up with Markets. Support on KSP-MyService integrations to ensure all Dealer journeys are covered and developed accordingly with KEU/NSC’s requirements. Reporting & tracking Build MyService usage tracking and improve existing reporting. Track platform usage & support on developing counter measures. Constantly monitor and help to improve User Interface & Experience. Support on tracking all service area on Kia.com and alignment with internal and external stakeholders to provide clear and useful analytics reports and dashboards. Report and monitor on local implementation/adaptation of Kia.com/Service area. Proposal for MyService targets definition, implementation rate, quality usage tracking and communication with markets. Support department and markets requests on Kia.com CMS/AEM system, KiaStudio system, MyService settings. Cross functional Support Support on new or existing programs such as Service 5 Plus (special services/offers dedicated to customers with vehicles more than 5 years old) and Pre-Paid Maintenance program, as well as cross department needs/requests such as Safety Recalls, eReach pages, and ad hoc requests. Development of internal and dealer communications for several topics (VCTs, Manuals, New models Vehicle draws, etc) and support on training modules for Service advisor processes and new features (Online Booking, 10 Steps, eVHC – vehicle health check, Follow up tools, ). Your talents: Education: Bachelor`s or a Master`s degree (ideally in Marketing, Communications or Business Management). Experience: 4 years of experience in similar position in the automotive industry, related aftermarket industry or digital advertising consultancy. Very good knowledge and understanding of marketing communications and digital platforms. Understanding digital tracking tools such as Google or Adobe Analytics. Skills: Digital savviness on front and backend. Analytical mindset & performance orientation. Strong project management skills. Manage agency partners & suppliers. Presentation skills.
