What you´ll do
* Develop competitive, sustainable and holistic pay philosophy and compensation strategy for Henkel
* Steer global fair pay initiatives and projects for Henkel. Ensure pay practices are commensurate with Henkel’s global people strategy and compliant with laws and regulations
* Define process for annual salary increase, including budget planning, distribution etc.
* Design and manage the salary bands (salary structure) for Henkel management circle globally, propose new elements where needed
* Recommend and restructure processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with market trends and company strategy
* Prepare and align all communication strategies for relevant stakeholders related to Total Rewards initiatives and processes
* Advise on rewards related M&A due diligence and post deal integration matters
* Manage external rewards tools and resources, and build vendor relationships to bring-in market information to ensure rewards practices are competitive and fair
