At Amazon we believe that customer trust is of paramount importance to anything we do. To continue building customer trust the Escalation Management & Prevention (EMP) team works with sellers, brands, vendors and customers to identify and prevent infringement of intellectual property (e. g. copyright, trademark, counterfeit) and other abuse in our product catalog.
We are looking for an analytical candidate to join the EMEA EMP Team to investigate complex incidents of suspected infringement of intellectual property and other product abuse.
You will apply your excellent judgement to identify underlying issues, to improve processes, and to partner with other Amazon product and compliance teams including Product Quality & Safety, Community Trust, Seller Performance, and Brand Registry. To address root causes you will launch programs, establish process controls, recommend revisions and ensure alignment with risk and regulatory requirements.
You will work closely with key Selling Partners, and implement policies, tools and technology innovations to protect customers, to defend intellectual property, to protect brands, and to ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
