You will be responsible for our groupwide liquidity management and financial planning landscape, ensuring Covestro maintains robust solvency at all times. By developing precise forecasting methodologies and implementing effective risk controls, you'll safeguard our company's financial stability across global operations. The starting salary is based on your qualifications and professional experience. Your Responsibilities: Drive groupwide liquidity forecasting and risk controlling. Be the Product Owner for the inhouse-developed Liquidity Forecast Methodology. Apply advanced risk methodologies for financial risk management. Serve as key contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding financial planning. Oversee daily financial risk management operations and processes globally. Report to senior management and the CFO on financial risks and mitigation measures. Lead the global Planning and reconciliation for foreign exchange and Liquidity risks Your Profile: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Finance or equivalent with a focus on financial risk management. Proven experience in risk controlling, ideally gained within a international corporate treasury or financial institution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex financial landscapes. Advanced IT proficiency: Excel (VBA); treasury systems (SAP, TMS) is a plus. Excellent communication skills in German (B2 minimum) and English. A team-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
