The successful candidate should have an automation background with a high understanding of cell biology and will be responsibl e for pre- and post-sales support for the Molecular Devices Cell line development products and automation. Th is product line includes hardware, software and reagents.
Other responsibilities will include developing and nurturing reference customers, finding and attracting new accounts, mentor ing European team members, support ing regional management projects as a contributor and leader of sub-projects. Direct Territory Deliverables, achieve monthly and annual Quota in designated territory, to identify, qualify, develop, support and close sales of the Molecular Devices system portfolio
~ Develop, update, expand and maintain to a high degree of accuracy and integrity, the prospect database (SalesForce.com) and existing customer list and monitor sales growth.
~ Educational background in Life Sciences as Bachelor or higher
~ Profound sales experience in Automation and Cell Biology w ould be an advantage as well as experience in managing customers in salesforce.Excellent communication skills in German and English
