Then we will look forward to meeting you Your responsibilities Further develop Maintenance strategy and framework for Hydro, CCGT and Steam & Biomass of: Tools & processes Spares concept Outage optimization Maintenance improvement strategies (e.g.; upgrades) and ensure implementation Adapt the maintenance strategy for the main equipment by systematically applying the EOH concept (CCGT and Steam) Lead / Manage / Support Risk based scoping of outage activities for Hydro, CCGT and Steam & Biomass sites (approx. 200m€/year) Drive Gate paper/ Investment decision process for outages Close cooperation with Asset Support & Outage Excellence to enable Outage excellence delivery Utilize Maintenance performance indicators and data to drive improvements Drive Uniper’s lead-engine (CCGT improvement) program Lead / Manage / Support Gas Turbines and Steam Turbines OEM´s interface management Lead / Manage / Support LTMA/LTSA contract technical negotiations Lead / Manage / Support Planning & Delivery of Outage Minimum Standards Delivery of Maintenance Strategy Team processes (e.g Maintenance and Statutory Projects reviews in MTP) Your profile Relevant university degree in engineering or science Demonstrate working according to the Uniper Way Strong conceptual, analytical, and strategic skills essential, experience in project management advantageous/preferable Demonstrate a strategic understanding of energy market trends and customer strategy and requirements Relevant operational experience and technical competence in management of similar assets/business processes Demonstrate success in developing maintenance strategies or concepts for the capital intensive industry Demonstrate Business acumen Ability to influence across hierarchy, technology and country boundaries and managing cultural diversity Willingness to undertake international travel Ability to build, develop and motivate high performance teams Business fluency in English, other languages advantageous (German is desirable) Your benefits At Uniper, we not only reward our employees with attractive salaries, an excellent company pension and health related benefits for their hard work and dedication to shaping the future energy transition.
