In this function, you will be responsible for implementing various marketing activities within Germany and Austria, working closely with the Brand Manager and Head of Marketing. You will contribute to building and strengthening the brand position in relevant markets.
In this role your main missions will be:
Brand seasonal assets:
1. Follow-up on delivery of seasonal assets from the global brand teams and share them with local teams.
2. Develop standard visuals according to the needs using InDesign and/or Photoshop.
3. Approve visuals created locally according to brand guidelines.
Local marketing plans and media bookings in SAP:
4. Execute media bookings according to the marketing plan and own the whole process from briefing, implementation to the reporting.
5. Manage the do list of our internal media designer.
6. Take care of the accounting of all bookings in SAP from creating Purchase Orders to allocating invoices.
VM support, POS management:
7. Translate and create bespoke VM directions, seasonal guidelines, marketing trainings.
8. Own the display ordering process, manage the stock levels and take care of orders.
9. Events: support in the organization of press events, brand activities and trade fairs
10. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communication or equivalent
11. First proven experience in a similar position within an international environment
12. Affinity for branded, fashionable, trendy and luxury products (watches and jewelry)
13. Enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude and the ability to work independently.
14. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
15. Solid knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Suite (Photoshop and InDesign)
16. SAP knowledge is of advantage but not a must.
17. Fluency in written and spoken business English and German
