Your Challenge in Detail
1. You will actively support our team in setting up various reports and key figures relevant to purchasing, such as inventory management, contract coverage, risk analyses, etc.
2. You will also be involved in setting up knowledge management for the applications relevant to purchasing
3. What's more, you will assist in the definition, documentation and further development of key figures and their IBCS-compliant visualization in reports and dashboards.
4. In addition, you will support us in our day-to-day business, e.g. in testing activities, data verification or correction assignments
Your competence is in demand
5. Current full-time studies in the field of economics, industrial engineering, business informatics, computer science or similar (at least 3rd semester)
6. High IT and numerical affinity as well as good communication skills
7. Good MS-Office skills, in particular in Excel
8. Basic knowledge with SAP BI, VBA is advantageous but not a must-have. We would be happy to train you in these tools during your working student job
9. Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
10. Independent way of working as well as a quick perception
11. Good German skills and business fluent English skills, both written and spoken
