Your Role and Responsibilities:
* Development and optimization of workflows for AHPC and cloud environments
* Installation and maintenance of AI applications on HPC and cloud systems
* Automation and integration of HPC processes and tools
* Collaboration with researchers to customize workflows for specific applications
* Support in the implementation of HPC standards and best practices
* Documentation of processes, solutions and workflows
Basic Qualifications:
* Degree in computer science, computational science, mathematics, physics or related disciplines
* Experience with HPC environments and scheduling technologies (SLURM, FLUX)
* Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash)
* Knowledge of machine learning/AI workflows
* Knowledge of interactive cloud environments (Jupyter)
* Experience in dealing with parallel and distributed compute systems
Preferred Qualifications:
* Understanding of optimization techniques for high-performance computing
* Experience with container technologies (Docker, Singularity, Kubernetes)
* Experience working with scientists and engineers in academia or industry
* Experience with cloud-based HPC solutions
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
* Knowledge of workflow management tools (e.g. Airflow or Nextflow)
* Experience with data management in large computing environments
