The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of the unit Information Technology are varied. IT takes care all matters relating to information technology, i.e. electronic data processing. The responsibilities vary from IT-infrastructure to digitization of the organization to the operational use of electronic data processing throughout the organization.
How you will CELLebrate
* Supporting the IT product teams with the application of agile methods
* Coaching of the product teams and team members regarding agile principles, values and roles
* Enabling product teams to collaborate efficiently
* Establishing agile ceremonies and events within and above teams
* Capture, overview and reduce organizational toil that inhibits team productivity
* Closing collaboration and alignment with the product owner
* Promotion of self-organization, transparency, communication and an active feedback culture
* Serving as an Agile advocate and provide coaching and guidance to teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders. Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
What you need for our CELLebration
* Successfully completed (under-) graduate degree or similar education
* Relevant professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably in the IT context
* Extensive knowledge of agile methods (Kanban, Scrum, XP)
* Knowledge in scaling teams (Scrum of Scrums, Less, Nexus)
* Structured way of working and joined-up thinking
* High team orientation as well as very good communication and moderation skills
* Business fluent English language skills
* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
What else can you bring
* Certifications as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Professional Scrum Master 3 (PSM III)
