Job description :
The appointee will join in establishing a laser-ablation triple-quadrupole ICP-MS laboratory, and then manage this facility, conduct tectonics research, with projects devised independently and/or in collaboration with members of the Tectonics and Tectonophysics team, and teach disciplinary classes in the undergraduate and/or Masters programmes. Our present research projects explore development of early Earth and hot terrestrial planets; Himalayan tectonics in Earth system science context; surface salt tectonics; structural projects with societal impact (e.g., induced seismicity, groundwater dynamics); and the tectonics of central through south-eastern Europe.
