Main purpose of this role is to drive, improve and develop all sales controlling related processes, systems, and projects within Ardagh Glass Packaging – Europe. This does include reporting and analysis as well as planning, but also support of internal customers and product costing related activities.
Beside the above also system improvements, automatizations in e.g. SAP-COPA, BW, SAC as well as volume analysis, coordination / steering in Intercompany Sales and Purchases are part of this role.
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Active collaboration and cooperation within and outside of AGP-E Finance and Sales Teams.
2. Ensure strong link to production and operations reporting.
3. Ensure correct and timely analysis and reporting (daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly).
4. Participate in various ad-hoc tasks as per business requirement. / key contact for European Sales Team
5. Coordinate and support sales volume planning (system, valuation, analysis) together with regional Sales-Teams.
6. Pro-actively seek and spot areas for overall improvements in processes, systems and reporting what will improve cross-functional consistency and understanding.
7. Taking active part in prioritization of projects in areas mentioned above.
8. Key role in yearly product costing and its analysis (strong team for product costing already established).
9. Support outside the box thinking, and innovation/change mind set.
10. Drive ‘SAP Best Practice’, helping to align working practices across the AGP-E locations by standardizing procedures and improving efficiency within SAP.
11. Coordinate / ensure relevant SOX-controls are performed in time.
12. Travel up to 25 – 30% is part of this role, depending on business requirements.

18. Master or University degree in finance or controlling or similar
Experience
19. Minimum of 10 years experience with a minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing business
