Your main duties: • As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd level support for Windows 10, Office, and Active Directory. Your technical expertise will ensure smooth operations and efficient troubleshooting. • You will play a key role in setting up and managing locations nationwide. This includes conducting needs analyses, configuring workstations, installing and setting up printers, as well as creating comprehensive documentation for each site. Your meticulous attention to detail will contribute to the effectiveness of operations. • With your proficiency in telephony systems, both VoIP and mobile, you will provide 1st and 2nd level support, ensuring optimal communication channels for team members.
