About the right team member The position is ideally based in Berlin, where the DACH head office is located. However, we are open to considering other Germany based candidates who meet the criteria, and are open to traveling to our Berlin office. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract (Flexible working between home and our WeWork office that we pay for). This position is a combination of inside and field sales and is focused on our core cities in the DACH region. This role requires full fluency in German and English. ClassPass launched in Germany in 2019 and is now active in 10 cities with over 1,500 partners, primarily in the boutique fitness and wellness industry. In this role, you will be identifying potential businesses to work with, pitching them the value of joining our platform and network, and building long-lasting relationships with owners, managers, and staff in creative and fun ways About the role Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails and inbound lead follow-up. Research, prospect, and sell new studio, gym, and wellness partners in target areas to help ClassPass expand its geographic footprint. Visit local studios, gyms, and wellness salons. Manage your own opportunities by utilizing CRM, email, and outreach tools and resources to cultivate and maintain your pipeline. Maintaining high-volume daily KPIs and metrics. Develop creative, fun, and innovative ways to connect and build out your relationships with potential partners and share across the team. Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals with an uncapped commission. Stay up to date on industry trends to inform sales strategies. Skills & experience 1- 2 years of relevant experience in sales or business development. Exemplary skills focused on listening and qualifying questions to engage, pitch, and close prospects with strong in-person pitch experience. The hustle and drive to hit and exceed goals. Strong phone presence and willingness to make multiple phone, email, and social media contacts per day. Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Occasional willingness to travel and work in-market to help expand the ClassPass geographic footprint - including taking studio classes. Fluent in German and English ( Another language is a plus: Italian, Portuguese, Spanish). Ideally located in Berlin or Munich, Germany. Open to candidates in other parts of Germany or Amsterdam. Benefits: This role will be given company equipment and access to our WeWork Office for hybrid working. This person will also have access to office lunches and our monthly wellness stipend. The base salary for this role ranges from €35,000 to €45,000 depending on your experience and skills. This role also earns commission, which is uncapped and paid out based on performance. An expected OTE for this role should be around €52,000 to €60,000 annually.
