YOUR TASKS
1. Lead ECON’s Research & Knowledge Management team: Currently one Research Analyst, plus working students/interns.
2. Strategically develop research and knowledge management services and processes, incl. desk research, access to databases and research networks, data analytics and visualization.
3. Provide high quality research and analytics support to our project teams.
4. Monitor research market and ensure access to the best sources of information.
5. Leverage key units within the E.ON Group and relevant external research networks.
6. Keep ECON knowledge archive current and organized.
7. Ensure easy access to all research services and our knowledge archive.
8. Support our practice groups in the development of white papers on current topics across E.ON’s Energy Networks, Energy Retail and Energy Infrastructure Solutions divisions.
9. Develop and deliver communication formats to promote knowledge management and research offerings in the ECON community.
10. Enable upskilling through the usage of ECON internal analytics by showcasing selective data analytics and visualizing capabilities.
11. Professionally develop the Research and Knowledge Management team through coaching and feedback.
12. Control and administer department budget.
13. Report to our team of Directors.
YOUR PROFILE
Your friends sometimes affectionately call you a know-it-all because you like to get to the bottom of things (and let's face it, you usually know better)? You have a soft spot for data and visualization? Then you could be the right person for us, if you fulfill the following requirements:
1. At least five years of work experience in Research and/or Knowledge Management.
2. Successful completion of a university degree course (Master’s/Diploma).
3. Ambition to shape ECON’s Research & Knowledge Management services.
4. Analytical skills to tackle complex challenges.
5. Strong and proactive client service mindset.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
7. Initial leadership experience and a passion for developing and leading a diverse team.
8. Good understanding of the energy industry.
