Executive Assistant to CEO
Your Role:
* You will be responsible for managing the executive's calendar, including organising appointments, meetings, events, and coordinating travel arrangements.
* You will ensure the timely processing of expense reports.
* You will prepare documents, presentations, and reports for meetings, and ensure they are submitted on schedule.
* Handling inbound and outbound communications on behalf of the executive, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, will also be part of your responsibilities.
* You will serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
* Potential to extend into an executive assistant role with more strategic responsibilities
What You Bring:
* Professional experience in a similar role within a corporate setting.
* Completed training or education, such as in office management or business administration.
* Bachelor's/Master's degree is desirable, or equivalent.
* Proficiency with Office 365 products, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Must have strong fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
* Excellent organisational skills, ability to work well within a team, and a high level of personal responsibility.
