Overview Publicis Sapient/PS is recruiting Cloud alliance sales specialists across our European offices to promote and sell our leading-edge digital transformation solutions and consulting within the Amazon cloud/AWS and Google cloud/GCP cloud ecosystems. We are a premier partner with the industryu2019s hyperscalers and these positions provide an excellent platform to consult with and sell, to the c-suite of new and existing customers, industry leading innovations and their measurable value on corporate strategies. The role holder will be tenacious at analysing existing customers, the wider industry and their own client network to identify opportunities for PS, its partners and galvanize the appropriate teams to pursue these. They will drive revenue growth, lead pursuits and manage and increase the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will be a target driven sales specialist, with a track record in selling AWS or GCP solutions and a motivation for consultative selling around their enterprise-wide value, particularly around AI opportunities. Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets Create, originate and pursue opportunities in the enterprise cloud market. Build relationships with cloud partner teams as the face of Publicis Sapient. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholder including the client c-suite, internal client partners and external cloud partners. Identify and pursue new digital business transformation opportunities, particularly on AI solutions. Manage and maintain pipeline - opportunity tracking to properly forecast opportunities and revenue internationally for PS. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions. Participate in building SOWs and service offerings to create clarity for PS delivery leads and client partners. Create sales collateral, working with sales support offshore and marketing teams to position Publicis Sapient for the next phase of Cloud work, as an extension of the Verticals strategy. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position yourself, Publicis Sapient and our partners as industry thought leaders. Qualifications Proven track record in selling large scale digital business transformation on AWS or GCP. Strong commercial management skills and track record of managing and successfully performing against large-scale sales quotas. Industry sales experience and associated client network gained in one or more of the following industries: retail, consumer products, travel and hospitality, energy and commodities. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate a large organisation and have the power of persuasion through content and confidence. Strong stakeholder management and client relationship management skills up to c-suite level. Consultative sales approach and technical proficiency in AWS or GCP cloud solutions and its associated AI, to understand client businesses and develop the most appropriate and impactful solutions. Results driven mindset and personal motivation to seek out, pursuit and close all opportunities to maximise growth for all parties. Ability to work independently and as part of a global team within a hybrid environment. Strong written and oral communication skills in English and presentation skills.
