Job mission: To deliver strategic and actionable Market & Business Intelligence by analyzing historical and forecasted data across automotive trends, business performance metrics, and the PESTLE framework for the European region. This role involves providing detailed analyses, insights, and recommendations to Kia EU top management through structured reports, ensuring data accuracy and transparency using digital tools, and supporting the development of strategic business targets. Your responsibilities: Market Intelligence Analysis: Consolidate and analyze automotive market intelligence metrics to provide a unified source of truth across the business. Deliver regular reports on key market developments with insights and risk assessments. Maintain a central, automated repository of competitive intelligence data via a "Megadashboard" initiative. Monitor and report on strategic KPIs across functions, enabling long-term target development. Provide an overview of European PESTLE factors and their implications for Kia EU’s business performance. Strategic Insights & Forecasting: Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to derive actionable insights. Collaborate with teams across Product Management, Sales, and Business Planning to align on competitive responses and market opportunities. Support long-term volume and target planning through aligned datasets across markets and production forecasts. Synthesize insights into executive-ready presentations to inform decision-making at the top level. Design and maintain tools for evaluating internal strategic KPIs and business performance. Conduct regular surveys to understand customer demand and incorporate findings into market intelligence. Reporting & Communication: Develop and disseminate Market Intelligence Reports covering strategic and business KPIs. Facilitate alignment and insight sharing across organizational levels and functions as part of governance forums. Ensure insights are effectively communicated for strategic decisions and goal-setting. Your talents: Education: University degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Economics). Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the automotive industry. Proven experience with automotive data insight databases (e.g., S&P, Jato). Skilled in analyzing large datasets and deriving actionable insights. Expertise in preparing high-level reports for top management. Skills: Strong analytical background, preferably in the automotive industry. Passion for identifying trends and using data to forecast future developments. Proactive mindset with the ability to establish and manage new reporting structures. Advanced proficiency in IT tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, databases). Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills. Collaborative team player with a result-driven, supportive approach. Fluent in English. Who are we?
