Job Title: Social Media Coordinator (m/f/d)
Reports To: Head of Marketing
Collaborating with: Central Digital Team and Local Social Media & Marketing Team
Based at: Ingolstadt Village
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for an owner of the Ingolstadt Village social media channels, which have become one of our most important windows to Village life. The job holder needs to be passionate about social media, plan and own the channel content with excitement and fun, and at the same time enhance performance and reach - knowing and using all latest trends and tricks in the world of social media and fashion. The content needs to create buzz, and be the ultimate segway to visiting the Village.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage and own all social media platforms of Ingolstadt Village.
* Collaborate super close with the Wertheim Village counterpart, the broader local teams, the agency, and the Central social media team.
* Ensure trafficking of content, real-time engagement, and influencer outreach is efficient and hits social media amplification requirements at all times.
* Create unified storytelling across multiple marketing initiatives with relevant and highly engaging content.
* Lead all social media initiatives, managing campaigns from start to finish - briefing, creative development, content production and approvals.
* Closely track performance, prepare regular reporting and after action reviews and identify KPIs with potential to leverage.
* Launch new platforms and tools to permanently drive social media innovation, meet business needs, improve engagement, reach new audiences/markets and measure success.
* Collaborate with PR for influencer and content creator engagement.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
* Lives social media – all channels: IG, Tik Tok, FB, etc
* Loves to create content, has an excellent understanding of what performs on social media
* Able to combine fashion with fun, destination with experience – creating FOMO on our social channels.
* Good commercial acumen, exemplified through proven track record of implementing successful and innovative social media campaigns – this means that the candidate fully understands the algorithms of social media.
* Deep understanding of all things digital, with a real and intrinsic passion for social media
* Understands the mix of paid, earned, owned media
* Understanding of luxury retail, the fashion industry and the need of individual brands
BACKGROUND & SKILLS:
* Passionate about social media
* In-depth knowledge of social media tools, i.e.: scheduling/posting, reporting/analysis, bidding/optimisation
* Experience in content production and editing
* Impeccable communication skills: Excellent written communication skills, content development, presentation
* Preferrable 2 years’ experience, owning social media accounts in a luxury or fashion brand.
* Highly organised and exceptional planning capabilities.
* Comfortable in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment with competing deadlines and priorities
* Strong communicator – able to share information at all levels
* Autonomous and able to work in a team
* Ability to multi-task on multiple projects concurrently and willing to switch focus quickly
* Able to think creatively and solve problems, a hungry, creative self-starter who likes to build up things from scratch.
* And last but not least: loves fashion and style, always ahead of the latest trends in social media.
* Fluent in German and English, any other languages are beneficial
