Responsibilities:
* Compliance System Validation & Optimization: Validate the development, implementation, and continuous optimization of the compliance management system.
* Guidance & Coordination: Provide functional guidance to compliance managers and compliance assistants on various compliance topics.
* Sponsoring & Donation Management: Prepare and manage the sponsoring and donation system within the PH Group.
* International Compliance Standards: Validate and implement a group-wide compliance documentation system, focusing on sponsoring, donations, and other contractual relationships.
* Compliance Organization Development: Ensure the continuous development of the compliance organization and objectives within group companies.
* Advisory Role: Advise PH AG and group companies, business units, and employees on compliance-related questions and recommend improvements.
* Integration of Compliance Topics: Integrate compliance topics across various functions outside the CEO-CCO into overall compliance activities.
* Guideline Preparation & Implementation: Prepare and implement guidelines for compliance topics, including policy and procedure management.
* Training & Education: Develop and implement group-wide compliance training programs and measures.
Qualifications:
* Educational Background: A degree in law or a background in business administration, or a comparable qualification
* Experience: First experience in legal and compliance roles, preferably in an international environment..
* Healthcare Compliance: Experience in healthcare compliance is highly desirable.
* Project Management: Strong project management skills to oversee and coordinate compliance initiatives.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders and provide clear guidance on compliance matters.
* Language Skills: Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken, is required
